The experience, knowledge and accompanying qualification I've gained from the Level 5: Diploma in World Customs Compliance & Regulations has laid a solid foundation for a bright career in commercial customs and compliance.

Communication from tutors has been excellent, including one-to-one sessions for queries both directly on the course content and to ask advice on how to tackle real-world problem scenarios.

The Level 3: Certificate in International Trade has helped me to gain confidence in studying again and in the end gave me a clearer understanding of the complex nature of international trading.

I was unsure about returning to studying after over 20 years, the tutors and course material have made this the right choice for me.

The team is fantastic and my staff really enjoy the support and interaction. We have worked with a couple of providers in the past and IOEx Ltd is now exclusive to us because no one stands near to the levels we receive with IOEx Ltd.

Based on what I have seen so far, I have arranged for three more members of staff to be signed up on the International Freight Forwarding Specialist apprenticeship.

The knowledge and skills I obtained from the qualifications I have achieved were instrumental in my career development. For future students, I can attest that the investment is deeply rewarding, transforming not only your professional trajectory but also your personal outlook on the world. 

Before embarking on this path, I was working in a domestic supply chain role with limited exposure to international markets. Today, as trade compliance manager, I oversee cross-border transactions, manage complex logistics, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
