Today (13 November) HMRC released the following update on the Customs Declaration Service:
We are contacting you to confirm that the free to use Get Customs Data for Import and Export Declarations Service will be available to access from Thursday 13 November 2025 after 3pm.
Private Beta update
During the Private Beta (28 August 2025 to 7 November 2025), 22 unique users accessed the service resulting in:
- 94 sessions
- 169 report downloads
The key findings were:
- Missing XI EORI data
- Inability to Search Multiple EORIs
- Data Formatting (to reflect existing report formatting)
We can confirm that the key findings have all been addressed. Fixes and solutions have been identified and are scheduled for implementation. Until these fixes are implemented the above information will not be available.
